The Australian Chamber welcomes the opportunity to provide feedback on Queensland’s Work Health and Safety and Other Legislation Amendment Bill 2017 to the Committee.

We support the submissions provided by our member organisations and the issues they raise, and like them, we do not believe that the Bill in its current form will achieve its intended objectives and deliver safer workplaces.
