Submission | Uniline Australia Limited Fair Work Commission Decision

Pursuant to section 604 of the Act a person who is aggrieved by a decision of the Commission may appeal that decision, with the permission of the Commission. The Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (“Australian Chamber”) makes these submissions in support of the appeal against the Decision as a person who is aggrieved by it.
