The next WHS & WC Committee meeting will be held on Wednesday 10 August 2022. Key topics for discussion include: the status of Federal Labor policies including progression of a ‘harmonised‘ industrial manslaughter provision, psychosocial risks and adoption of the new model Regulations and Code, silica, COVID and preparations for national safe work month in October.
