OECD Guidelines on Multinational Enterprises (MNE)
As part of the OECD’s stocktake and decision to undertake a targeted update of the Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises (MNE Guidelines), BIAC is interested in engaging with organisations interested in getting involved in the process as this issue progresses.
Interested members should contact the ACCI team to express their interest.
The MNE Guidelines are the most comprehensive code of responsible business conduct that governments have committed to promoting. The Guidelines reflect expectations from governments to businesses on how to invest responsibly covering all areas where business ethics, including human rights, labour, environment, bribery, consumer interests, as well as information disclosure, science and technology, competition, and taxation.
