Graduate Outcomes Survey results
The 2022 Graduate Outcomes Survey was released this week, see here. The rates of fulltime employment are the highest in over a decade, with 78.5 per cent of students securing employment within six months. This data is not surprising given the low rate unemployment Australia wide, tracking the survey results as the unemployment rate increases and any flow on effects again will be interesting to note. However, student satisfaction with universities was the lowest in a decade, this could be explained by the impacts of COVID on the university experience but points out the need for greater engagement with students may be required.
