ICC Australia National Policy Committee Meeting  
The ICC Australia National Policy Committee Meeting will be held virtually on Thursday, July 27 from 2:30-3:30pm AEST.  

Special guest speaker Paul Hubbard, acting deputy head of the Simplified Trade System Implementation Taskforce, will provide a brief overview of the taskforce and the benefits for Australian business. 

As part of your membership package, all ACCI and ICC Australia members are welcome to attend the National Policy Committee Meeting.

Save the date – Australia Africa Business Summit 2023
The Australia Africa Chamber of Commerce business and investment summit will be held at the Melbourne Exhibition and Convention Centre on October 10-12, with guest speakers, Minister for Trade and Tourism Don Farrell and Secretary-General and African Continental Free Trade Agreement Secretariat secretary-general Wamkele Keabetswe Mene.

Joint Declaration Against Trade-Related Economic Coercion and Non-Market Policies
At the ministerial meeting in Paris earlier in June, the governments of Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States issued a joint statement to expressing concern over the use of trade-related economic coercion pressuring foreign governments and the use of non-market policies and practices.
