Safe Work Australia’s new guide to support supervisors in small and medium businesses with return to work
As an initiative under the National Return to Work Strategy 2020-2030, Safe Work Australia collaborated with the Behavioural Economics Team of the Australian Government (BETA) to create a return to work communication guide for supervisors in small and medium businesses.
Managing the relationship with an injured or ill worker during return to work: A guide for supervisors in small and medium businesses includes conversation starters, discussion tips and templates and is designed to assist supervisors support and stay in touch with injured or ill workers during return to work.
