Fair Work Commission matters
ACCI is continuing to advocate for employers in the Fair Work Commission.
Last week, a joint submission was lodged in a matter about the use of unpaid leave during shutdowns.
ACCI lodged its final submission in proceedings about whether periods of leave should be included in the calculation of overtime under the Clerks Award.
ACCI engaged with members this week to obtain feedback about our preliminary views as to how to approach a review of superannuation clauses in modern awards.
