ACCI in conjunction with Mastercard, cyber security and business resilience video conference
The Australian Cyber Security Centre received one cybercrime report every 10 minutes over the last 12 months, its annual cyber threat report reveals.
Cyber security is not a new topic of conversation in Australian boardrooms, but incidents such as the Nine hack, added to successive hits on Toll Group, BlueScope Steel, Lion, RMIT and Australian law firm Allens have shot the topic to the very top of the meeting agenda.
In conjunction with Mastercard, we held a zoom conference on cyber safety & business resilience in an increasingly connected world with leading cyber security experts;
–Megan Haas Director,Tesserent
–Michael Lashlee, CISSP Deputy Chief Security Officer, Mastercard
–Nigel Phair Director, UNSW Canberra Cyber
A hack, a ransomware attack, data breach or a natural disaster could cause harm to businesses & customers, costing money and damaging business reputations.
